HTTP Web Server in C
Built an HTTP server from scratch with Winsock2 and TCP sockets. Socket lifecycle, request handling, HTTP responses, static files, MIME detection, caching — no framework hiding the machinery.
URL Shortener
URL creation, redirection, JWT + cookie auth, role-based access control and analytics — structured as routes, controllers, middleware, services and models.
TF-IDF Information Retrieval
A modular search engine exploring indexing, stemming, TF-IDF scoring, query processing and result ranking. Basically: making a machine find the right words.
Protocol from the ground up
Parsing torrent metadata, talking to trackers, discovering peers, moving pieces and assembling files. A small project with a very useful lesson: protocols are fun when you implement them.
Chats that know when to disappear
A real-time chat app built around temporary group conversations. Create or join groups, talk in real time, and keep the messages that actually matter in the Memory Box. Messages queue offline and sync when you're back — auth, OTP verification, protected routes and ephemeral group lifecycles under a loud neubrutalist UI.
Web Scraping CLI
Spiders, pipelines, item loaders, pagination, throttling and structured exports. A practical little exercise in turning messy websites into data you can actually use.
